Welcome Plot Owners !!

My best wishes to the owners of this layout.

Metro City layout is in Ayanambakkam (now called West Mogappair Extension?) very near to 'Golden Treasure' and 'Sky City', self-contained residential towers and a stone's throw away from the newly laid four-lane Poonamalle High Road and about 1.5 kms from the Maduravoyal Bye-pass road. This layout contains about 500 plots of various sizes ranging from 1800 sqft to 6500 sqft with ample space for parks and public purpose sites. This layout was approved by the CMDA in 2003 and was allotted to the members in 2003/2004. This layout is also adjacent to the VGN's Mahalakshmi Layout near Tiruverkadu which has been developed with well-laid tar road and avenue trees.

Though the approval for the layout was given by CMDA in 2003 itself and the plots were registered by the Society in 2003/2004, the development of the site is yet to take off.

This blog has been created to enable the owners of the layout to come together and give their valuable opinion to improve the site and make it one of the better landmarks in the locality. The members of the society would have received letter from the society to pay up an amount to the tune of Rs.20/- per sqft for the development of the road /to pay up the local body.
