LOCAL BODY APPROVAL DOCUMENT

We had given the details of local body approval in our last post.  We understand that many plot owners have not got a copy of the approval document.  On their request, and to help those who are away from Chennai, we give here below the copy of the local body approval.

Hope this will be of use to most of the plot owners.  We would like to have your feedback.

Local Body Approval Details

As promised in the previous post, we have more details on the local body approval.  The local body approval was granted by the local body on 24.12.2010.  Approval for plots in Survey No.176/2 and plots which have access only through roads falling in the above survey has been withheld for the time being.  The total no. of plots affected on these two counts is approx. 50.  We hear that all those people who fought for the local body approval for the layout are taking earnest steps to get approval for these plots also.  Hopefully, we would get approval for these plots also shortly.

APPROVAL GIVEN ! CONGRATULATIONS !

As predicted in our earlier post, the local body has granted approval to our layout. 

We take this opportunity to thank the Secretary of the Association, Mr.Vasudevan. As he was carrying the aspirations of 400-odd plot owners of the layout, the pressure was always on his shoulder.  It is no less a herculean task.  He deserves a standing ovation.

We also thank all the office bearers of the association.  Their contribution to this success is immense. 

We also would like to thank Mr.Sridhar, Mr.Michael, Mr.Kishore, Mr.Ravi, Mr.Babu, Mr.Gnanasekaran, Mr.Shantaram and all others who had worked selflessly for achieving this.  Their contribution is invaluable.  Hats off to them.

Our thanks also goes to the Society, especially its Ex-Special Officer, Mr.Jayapalan, Manager, Mr.Jayakumar, promoter, Mr.Raju, Tiruverkadu Municipality, especially its Chairman and other officials who had helped in getting the approval.

Last but not least, the appreiciation should go to all the plot owners who have sincerely aspired and prayed for this.
