Let us enrol all the members into Association !

Dear Members,

It appears the Association will be convening the AGM in October, 2009. It is quite understandable that people from various walks of life are our members and convening a meeting in short notice is a difficult proposition. However, we have to act fast well before the start of monsoon to clear the waste out of our layout and to consider and if approved, to survey and lay the boundary stones for the plots and plant avenue trees.

We shall all participate in the meeting without fail, when it is convened. Let us also try to enrol all those who have not joined the Association. It seems not even 25% of the members have joined the Association yet. We need more members to join us. Only then our voice would be louder and will be heard by the people concerned. More members will also help in lesser contribution by each one of us.

Let us make a drive for enrolment.
