However, some of the members, may be due to their commitments, are willing to sell their plots and are floating news. May i kow what is the prevailing market price at our plots layout
We don't hv any firm rate, as no re-sale has happened in the recent past to our knowledge. The guide line value for our area is Rs.400/- per sqft. Going by this, the prevailing market rate should be around Rs.700 - Rs.1000/-. Just guess. It's for the concerned parties to decide.
